Phase

Traqs - Very situational, only really good for roamers or supports.
Treads - Doesn't give any ms bonus, only reason to get it is to swap for bottle usage. Personally I feel like farmers can get atk spd or stats else where and not sacrfice ms.
Mana - Some heroes simply don't need.
Travels - Good on every hero, expensive for every game practicality though.

I make phase or stay brown boots on most heros. This includes supports such as feed maiden or others.

Brown Boots only. Move speed is useful on almost all heroes. All boot upgrades are too situational and expensive, you can replace the loss with other items.

You have options only if somebody else already bought mana boots, otherwise you have to do it yourself.

idk i generally like phase as well for the cheap 24 dmg and extra ms

tho i tend to go treads on certain heroes that gain benefits from having more primary stats

Why not slip out of your tacky boots and into some comfortable slippers of agility? Now with +3 attack speed and +3/7 armor. Not all customers recieve +3 damage. Ask your doctor before purchasing slippers.
