Used to be Anti-Mage and Nature Prophet, but since they got out of meta I've been sticking to Mirana. Usually pickNwin.
I also love clockwerk, not played him since a horrible game where I was ill and played like a shithead. I don't want to play him more after that game :(
Nature's prophet always a fun hero to play; his global presence makes him so imbalanced and therefore you win. There are also many different ways to play him, and you can build all kinds of items to suit your playstyle or what the team needs.
Nothing beats a free farm lane as spectre. Being able to ult into any conflict anywhere is so much fun, plus being able to put down a support going to ward with an ult -> manta combo is ridiculously satisfying. One game wraith king was all alone in their bottom lane, I had picked up diffusal and manta to counter him, ulted in, he was oom and dead in a couple seconds. That prompted a "you ahole!" comment in chat lol.
I also really like razor though I HATE the first 10 minutes with him, his animation blows and I hate last hitting on him.
And I love doom. Can't go wrong with doom.

Riki is easily my best and favorite hero at the moment. Avoiding detection is fun, makes DotA2 kind of like a...stealth-based video game. Y'know, like Metal Gear Solid and whatnot.
CM cuz she is my baby girl. Luna because she is a pretty lady with a big booty. Viper cuz he spits stuff. Enigma cuz puppeh and lightofheaven. Tide cuz he created watermelons, which are also one of my favorite fruits.

He's so manly, and he manfights pretty well, only one that can beat him in a manfight is Troll... maybe Wrath King...
He exceeds in mid-game, can be played in many ways...
I love slaming people with Slithereen Crush when they have Amplify Damage on them..! :D
Axe will forever be my all time favorite.

Axe is my favorite and by far the most fun to play. The kill thresh hold when you have Aghs is AWESOME!
PA - I'm not good at her (but at least better - I used to be much, much worse) but by the gods everything about PA I love. The blood splatter though, that's the best. {o-o}

Mine is Axe, nothing beats that spin to win. Those games when the Gods of Dota smile upon you and your spin procs again and again and you get first blood or when you get ganked and you take 2 with you! And the ulti! SLAM DUNK!
Rubick, I love stealing those spells and using them! Rupture bloodseeker or using Bane's ulti on him or winning s team fight because you where quick enough to steal a giant spell like chain frost.
