i read the rules of jdl, and apparently i was wrong; we will have to play in div4 anyways.
as far as i understood:

starter division - randoms
5th division - high 3ks/low 4ks
4th division - high 4ks
3rd division - up to high 5ks
2nd - 6k average teams
1st - competitive teams

basically we just need to get to 3rd division asap.

allison, they wont be top1. at best, they will be tied with us, and we will have to play against them once again.

they will be top 1 if they win every game, they have to lose 2 games to be tied with us so and that is if we win every single game from now on
we wont play against them again, there are 10 teams, 9 games, 1/week

as i said, ill find 2 6ks to play as standins against them for some other team that hasnt played yet. its totally NOT against the rules, as long as these guys wont be registered in higher div teams on jdl.
