Well you have too little games so its a rough estimate of your mmr. I see that you just reach vhs bracket. So if you maintain playing games at vhs bracket, i dont see why you cant reach 4.5K.
Obviously you have to play well every game to prevent your hidden mmr and skill bracket from decreasing.
If you consistently play bad in your upcoming games, yes you will decrease your hidden mmr.
Abandoning a game or more will influence your hidden mmr but not by alot. Just try not to abandon any of your games

hence, normal skill is below 3.199 mmr, high skill is 3,200-3,699 mmr, very high skill is 3,700-4k+ mmr,
The max calibration is 4.999 mmr
To get true sight in your matches u either buy dotabuff plus or play with someone that has dbuff plus. Sometimes dbuff chooses random matches to analyze, allowing true sight for your game
