Reach, Dotabuff’s new solo queue ladder and platform, launches Friday, December 13th. We want to share with the community our plan to give all players a free trial month, as well as the details of a special discount price for long-term Dotabuff subscribers.
In order to give everyone a chance to experience a premium competitive environment, we want to invite everyone, regardless of skill bracket or current subscription status to play in Reach. Today we’re announcing that as of the launch on December 13th, we’ll be offering a free 1-month trial during which anyone can participate in and experience the Reach ladder. This trial period will not require a credit card or payment submission to try playing, so there’s nothing holding you back from joining us in Season 1.
Reach is a paid product, as it gives us the ability to support players perpetually, and also self-selects for like-minded players who want to take their competition seriously. We feel the subscription model makes the most sense in allowing us to continue supporting you with updates to the league. By subscribing, you will see continual upgrades to your profile and personal stats, as well as upgrades to our matchmaking, league structures, and moderation tools. You’ll also receive oversight by our administration team to moderate player behavior and maintain the highest match quality. We do not believe a league like this is simply a “set it and forget it” deal. We recognize that we’ll need to be active in expanding core elements of the site, tweaking our algorithms and scoring systems, and developing content to help elevate players of all levels.
During this month, we’ll make key feature improvements to the league and the site, leveraging our experience with Dotabuff to create better contextual stats for your competitive experiences on Reach, as well as developing content plans with ESL to help boost the profile of amateur players. Additionally, our administration team will prune toxic and intentionally negative players from the league. The quality of your experience on the platform will only get better.
To celebrate the launch of Reach, we will offer a discounted year-long subscription rate. From December 13th through January 13th, you can subscribe for one year of Reach for only $39.99 USD. Of course, your Reach subscription will also give you access to our premium stats and replay-analysis package, Dotabuff Plus and vice versa! You’ll have access to all of the features of both sites, including advanced match stats, player hero rankings, and eligibility to queue and win prizes in Reach. We’re excited to offer both premium services together for the same low price Dotabuff Plus has always been, of $6/month.
reach is a blessing to dota matchmaking.
wish Sea had this too :(
I hope this gets the praise it deserves .
4th - Yipee
I lost my new dog, can someone help me find her?
Hope the divine league actually works this time.
Hmm im not sure if I should participate, I'm an Ancient player here but i might just roll and rofl divines I donno (it seems risky to try this for 1 month and then get stuck back in shit Valve matchmaking.)
I don't even play ranked though for so long, every time they come new garbage patches I just quit ranked, I can't deal with these clown fiestas every time.
67% ranked win rate past 6 months... but i dont like ranked cuz they make patches a joke every couple months it's so stupid.
Do we get dotabuff Plus with our 1 month trial?
30 min que no game gg
