you know whats funny, most his games are in high skill, his team mmr is at 3000 (which is horrible ive played standin for 4k teams sometimes and they even lack a lot of knowledge) and he looks for very high skilled players :D
just saying you are very high skilled when you are in the top 0.5% even the top 2% is crowded with ppl who have 0 clue about how to play the game :)
he is not in high skill, if you use the actual Dota client to search his records they are majority normal bracket.
