I had my GPU fans start making sounds after around 4 months of having it. I noticed the fans were spinning wobbly and sometimes stopped spinning altogether. Never got around to fixing it, but its still running after almost 2 years.
Could also be a loose cable hitting a fan too.
"GPU Fan 0 RPM" this.... are you using onboard card? and about noise i think its relative to your fans prob "Could also be a loose cable hitting a fan too." this too
i think your video card have serious problem, and i'm so cuirous about why its not die yet with that amount " 0 RPM" xD
temperature on GPU is actually really ok, maybe is the program retarded and that's why it says GPU Fan 0
in other section it says GPU Fan 38% functionality or something like that
???
I actually believe the temperatures are ok. I have 37-42 celsius degrees on a quad core overclocked at 4.2GHz.
@Smoke weed every day
He prolly has passive cooling on his gfxcard, which means he has no Fan.
@OP:
Might be one of the cheap ass case Fans, just open you PC and check it, if a its a case Fan then just plug it out or something, you prolly dont have a Gaming machine which causes to much heat to begin with.
^ yes, it's a cheap fan from the factory, it's not a good fan
I don't intend to get a new one
if my pc is ok I have no reason to buy it, I can support the noise
^
it should be fine, i dont think you need airflow in your PC. Just plug it out so it wont make that horrbile noise.
CPU0 Fan 1767 RPM. this is the problem
there will be a considerable amount of noise if fans run over 1300-1400RPM unless you have a good noise cancellation on the comp case reducing the RPM may result in higher temperatures on the computer
its HDD its varbrating inside and making noise just open youtube and learn how to fix the noise using some sponges

I know I should post this in a regular computer forum but I don't know any from my country so I decided to post here.
My PC is making a continously noise since yesterday and I thought I should clean it. I opened it, I cleaned all the dust, I cleaned the cooler, HDD and rams a bit but still the same problem. I downloaded SpeedFan to see if the temperatures are wrong but temperatures seems right in my opinion.
GPU is 52 Celsius
CPU is 41 Celsius
System is 35 Celsius
HD0 is 30 Celsius
Core0 is 41 Celsius
CPU0 Fan 1767 RPM
CPU 1767 RPM
GPU Fan 0 RPM.
I'm not good at this stuff so if someone could help me out I'd be grateful, thanks a lot. If you need more informations about temperatures just tell me, I just posted the most important ones.
