this means you have enough games with the hero, but you are not top 100, buy DB+ to see your actual ranking.
You have enough matches played to be ranked but you are unfortunately not in the top 100s. You can only see people in the top 100 for free. If you are below that then you have to pay to see your ranking. That's what I have gathered at least!
it means you get to see your ranking/global position on each hero with plus membership (even if you are not top100).
It means you meet the criteria to be in the rankings, but you're not between the top 100 so you have to buy a db+ suscription to know what your ranking is e.g. 632 on Invoker. However, after certain point it only shows what percentile you belong to, e.g. 98%, it won't calculate your ranking if you're too low.
