yeah.Huge buff. 6 starting damage buff(from 46 to 52) is really great to his otherwise crap attack damage.
Troll buff was also significant actually, nobody cared about it, but it seems strong.

Noticed that Jugg and Troll's win rate have increased with several percents. Wonder if those numbers will hold
