You can do this with plus by subscribing to yourself, I use it to track topics I have commented in among other things.
I am unsure it picks up when someone randomly comments on your game but you can follow each of your individual games as well if you were so inclined but I am pretty sure it does.

i know it sounds like facebook but it would make comments more usefull than they are yet
