Mom Is a great item for tiny, you can pretty much run up to any support and just ava toss combo them if they cannot stun you.
Also always get ulti at lvl 6, the 40 ms is too good to pass up.

Mom also item that makes 3k hp tiny become a creep, haha

Midas is Core on him IMO except for if you have a Wisp. Then you just wanna go ham around the map. My usual build is:

Brown Boots - Bracer - Midas - Treads - Aghs. After that everything is situational. The items you can go for are BKB, Manta, Butterfly, Mjollnir, Crit, MKB, Heart or Satanic pretty much. I don't like Blink on safelane Tiny because it forces you to make something happen while Midas just lets you farm super fast while giving you a fast 16. Then lategame you are pretty much the hardest carry in the game. GL HF.

If you cant farm and getting ganked, just buy wards, then farm, for 150 gold getting farm is worth it, ganking also can work but not always

Get blink fast and go roam even be a hc, if u cant get it fast go for drums. Then go for scepter.
Btw tony is much morr better with wips

I always have a terrible time if I don't get a bottle, no matter the lane. You can even rotate through woods and bottle crow and use avalanche or toss to farm woods if you have extra charges.
