Unless you're literally in massively high demand it's very, very unlikely that any will come to you. You might be the greatest thing since sliced bread but unless you go make the effort are they just supposed to already know you?
It's not even that much effort, you just have to be around places, get to know people. Young relationships are always weird, messy, and emotional. Everything comes with time, just give it time.
You're a good dude and I am sure that when you're older, and have a wife, and kid(s), who you cherish, you'll look back and wonder why you were ever worried about anything.

That's exactly how I got a call. Someone somewhere mentioned that a creature like me exists. The next day I was in an interview and they were even debating whether they should give me a technical task like everyone else or skip it and just take me. But obviously it's easier if you're the one applying for a position. Speaking of girls though. If you're desperate for one, then you need one the least and you should fix your own life first. Which is why searching for a job and searching for a girl is different and imo shouldn't be really compared.

The analogy isn't perfect but the reasoning stands that assuming that people should approach you for everything and that you shouldn't make the effort is just ego, which is the same reason some people can't stand rejection.
Anyways this got far too deep, just go with it, you're young. Don't waste your youth on worrying about anything.
I look back with so many regrets about how I didn't invest more time into studying and I am sure people who invested all their time into studying look back with similar regrets, find a balance between, work/study, personal time, and social time.
