Coming from SOuth africa and now living in Europe I can confirm that players in south african servers are extremely friendly and alot of fun to play with.
dubai. India if and only if you queue unranked and can speak in hindi, is usually a blast with everyone cursing over mics and having a good time. But sweet jesus christ if you queue ranked ur gonna die of cancer. Indians give pinoys serious competition when it comes to being morons
South African servers are the funnest and yeah probably the friendliest too.
I mean everyone speaks on mic and most of them are afrikaaners who just chill and play for fun xD (dont get too aggressive about the game)
I've only played on EU and american servers though so don't know about the rest.
Yeah, i'd imagine Africa being chill, they probably take this game less serious than everyone, you can't blame them. We got first world problems, like fucking losing MMR, they got a whole bunch of real problems.

I mean poverty, crime etc is high but our big cities are still bigger and more first world then you will find in a lot of first world countries across Europe. Like there is a big gap between rich and poor and the "richish" people who play dota live relatively first world lifestyles.
I kinda think South Africa servers are friendly for the same reasons Australian servers would be friendly and that's because... Europeans and Americans are suprisingly unfriendly :P
South Africa is more wealthy than most 3rd world countries If i am not mistaken the wealth is just unevenly distributed like most of the world but prob more unequal than in the west , I am guessing these wealthier south Africans are the ones playing Dota. I am speaking out of my ass just guessing lol .

I would think its south africa and dubai? I dont usually hear flames going on around there or complaints in forums etc. How friendly is your server based on your experience?
