Armlet is strong as it is already, getting upgraded version of that shit would be broken.
Armlet is meh. That 0.6s activation time is just too big, they should make it half of that and it would still be hard to toggle sometimes or rather i say impossible.
^it is still very good on several heroes, and its hard to buff this item wiout making it OP for let's say Huskar
Ideas on diffusal blade:
recipe now does not upgrade the diffusal blade
rather will provide purge charges while giving the item +5 agility for each time the recipe is bought

Armlet is a pretty good item if they don't have the lockdown. Having armlet on while getting chain stunned is not so pretty.
I really think it would be nice to have something like..Armlet + Reaver + Something (recipe most probably) and get a big HP item for strength heroes with some damage on top.
Problem with armlet is..it's kinda like drums. Drums are nice..but you will eventually replace that with something better. And let's not forget that armlet is ok if you get it early, if you miss it's timing window you don't get it anymore.
Basher or shadow blade for instance are ok even if you get them later since they can be upgraded into a late game item.
My whole idea on the armlet upgrade was to buff strength carries all around (CK, WK, LS) since currently they aren't so hot at the moment.
Armlet isn't only for toggling, it's the best DPS item for it's cost if you have the sustain.

It would be sick if you could combine armlet with treads and get a boost of str, agi or int depending on what your treads were set to.
