if you are normal skill, your mmr will be ranging from 1mmr to 3,199 mmr
highskill is from 3,200 to 3,500
vhs is a guaranteed 3,500

What's the matter of valve now that some people really have a bad mmr calibration.
@kao-chan, i based than on your skill bracket like i did with @shanks, he has been in "unknown skill" for a while now which is around 3-3.2k, also there is an algorithm that predicts mmr, just search it on google, might not be accurate though
@shanks, yes it is fairly accurate, back then when i havent calibrated yet, the site said, 4020, but i calibrated at 3975, and now when i tried again it said 4.4, while my actual mmr is 4.5.

@shanks , you havde 78 games, the algorithm does not predict accurately if you have less than 100 games, just google it.
