nope. ur skill is not even close to 4k
ur hidden mmr will be like 3300-3500 normaly and u will get max 350 mmr if u spamm oracle to abuse
having in mind that u wont even do the max hero healing needs for the abuse to reach his limit, ur final mmr will be MAX 3900-4000 even if u are the best oracle in the world.

get 20-30k hero healing per round and lose all tbd matches -> get something between 4-5k
(although the post above is right, it also depends on ur hidden mmr)

I wanna ask so if i just play carry on normal match and my TBD rank i just play all oracle will i still get 5k easily?
