it depends on how well ur play. winrate only matters relative to the skill level of ur games (having 70% in 1k, f.e., just means u r 2k).
the most useful advice i can think of is l2p. mmr reflects your skill, and that's it.

I've been playing on my new account for 35 games and i have around 70% win rate and 3.5 KDA. But I'm still playing in normal skill bracket. Can anyone tells me how to enter high skill bracket? Should I create another account or should I keep playing on this one?
