Probably more of a Reddit topic but why would you release a major patch on the second biggest holiday of the year when, most likely, 70% of your development team is on holiday?
I'n sure they aren't stupid so there must be a good reason but they must also know that a big patch will introduce a bunch of new bugs like non-purgeable repel - that's just the nature of big software projects.
Anyone who works in software development want to enlighten me?
is it just that Americans don't take vacation like the rest of us?
