I haven't played alch in forever, but they still always go radiance, manta, then they don't finish it with octarine and get sidetracked with some AC/abyssal stuff or whatever. I personally was never a huge fan of the octarine death by cancer split push anyway.

How come no one ever tries to build a fighting alch build or ever gets battlefury? Battlefury + armlet + blink makes you pretty formidable early and you can actually fight and still farm into late game with the battlefury.

Because by going Radiance, you will 100% go manta which means you can farm anywhere on the map. Safely.

Battlefury or maelstrom means you're reliant on stacks or have to keep pushing out which is dangerous. Btw, most Alchs build armlet nowdays before/after the Radiance, at least from what I've seen some higher mmr players do.

I haven't seen a single alch build armlet or battlefury, every single one builds radiance. I think alch is actually a formidable fighter, miracle (was it miracle?) showed that at shanghai (or was it frankfurt?) when he went solar crest build and blew people up mid game. You can get a basher + bfury + armlet by like 15-18 mins while sven has maybe dominator and yasha and then blow him up 1v1.

Basher isn't that good on alch unless you have lvl 3 ult and at least worth over a hyperstone's atkspd. -armor is where he's at.
