It means something happened in 3154 like for example someone use a big ulti with high cd like magnus rp he ulti at 3154 then they will know he doesnt have his ult until 33:34
Well atleast for me thats what i think it means. in 4k+ stuff like that happen when we clock someone with high cd ult
kaka typed 3154 into all chat which was the time aegis expires. the joke is that envy is a chinese player on a western team and that 3154 is actually secret code to envy telling him to go as 5 at 31 minutes and have 4 people die.

I didn't quite get this. I think I saw this in the newbee vs secret game? Chuan pauses and randomly types out 3154 in the middle of the game. What does that even mean? Xd
