If I was 3.6k I wouldn't care about improving. U pretty much play better than 95% of dota players. Just learn to enjoy the game
I will never understand how can i get high skill, i see the numbers of a 3k player and they seems pretty like my numbers, but i just cant get aout of normal skill
Best advice is to not be the guy that talks alot but says very little. What this means is when you say something it should be useful information like someone is missing or someone is smoked or someone has a gem etc. As hard as it is to believe no one cares or want to know your opinion on how they should play or what items they should get or even mistakes they made. Literally any comment you make that isnt relavent information decreases your chances to win. Simply due to the fact that when others hear such comments they cannot play at 100% they tilt, they argue all of which isnt helping the game.
watch your replays and read up about things, most of the work involved in improving isn't done in playing the game, its learning about it
