there is a difference between harassing the opponent and make them suicide cause the cant play normal dota 2 game anymore.
he already have a 80-90% free kill at lvl 6 and he harass with well positioned 3rd skill lul.
if you are asking to buff arc then at least don't buff his best skill (his AA is garbage i believe).
then there would be almost no heroes in this game that could survive arc at level 4, not to even talk about level 6+
It's funny to remember these forums filled with hating on arc before the update that removed droppable items from his ult. Then after the update people said he's garbage, he's useless, and after the last buff he got its back to he's almost broken 😂 This hero man
Buff 56% winrate hero nice idea. Why dont buff omni ulti to 30 Sec + magic resistance on 60 Sec CD?
arc ilus (ulti) no longer have midas unless the hero itself have midas off cooldown i thinks its enough
I almost never play mid nowadays but when I do and im against an arc warden I usually have temptations of deleting the game during the first 10 minutes.
