Which is the best between Wyvern and Oracle if I have a safelane carry like PA, Slark, or AM?
I hate oracle tbh most oracle players suck. Wyvern can harass so well with shard, he can save people easily or cc enemies with cold embrace and his ult is such a team fight turner it's nuts.
disruptor tops all. omni and lion do the job.
oracle is overrated af and this comes from player who have more than 100 games on him.

Pick skywrath in low level pubs if u wanna win lane. Bring in a null and tangoes and u have enough mana lvl 1 to cast abt 800 or so DMG after reductions in bird nukes. In case u weren't aware, no hero starts with that much HP, plus clarity for more. I think only SB with double gauntlet of strength cud live.
do u suggest picking support after carries are picked? if sup is picked first can he be situational?
Oracle and Warlock are soo fucking strong dude. If you want a position 4 support then kunkka and pudge are the best for that bracket.
Ww, rubick, and tree is by far my most successful support to climb
