invoker imba talent tree + passive stat gain
the rest of heroes no more passive stat gain to lvl up
He can use more spells now, but at the same time, he's gonna have mana issue. Forge spirits nerfed. I guess this is the rise of WQ build.
my question is whether the right clicks during the early levels will be enough? or will he be utility spellcaster? since the passive stat gains are no more...i wonder what his fate is now.
not death of quas exort I think, the little boost of exort reagent compensate lack of stats no longer given by his ability. But 2 forged lvl 15 (lvl 8 before) slow him alot to kill enemy mid [edit, thought it was lvl 10 kinda bad :(]. Quas is must have for regen since it provides no more extra hp, wex exort sounds way less viable than before.
^that too not the orchid build, rather a teamfight build with drums aghs and shivas i suppose...i mean the teamfighting is buffed in this patch right? everyone else is so much stronger that orchid wouldnt be that good i guess. Dunno...
Orchid was already good anyway on QW build to pick off mostly anyone since minute 15. Very efficient against heroes having a spell immune, an escape and/or are mana dependent
They destroyed the hero. Invoker cannot go for EQ anymore without double forges, WQ is also bad because they nerfed EMP damage and it now be even completely negated by hood or pipe.
You can't go for meteor + blast build because the blast does not stun anymore.
The invoker cooldown reduction does no help at all, at early levels invoker has a shitty mana pool and he does not gain stats anymore. On top of that to work like before the patch 7.00 you have to spend 2 of your talents while all the other heroes got extra buffs.
It's some major nerfs there, the hero is not viable anymore.
He got rekt. He wasn't even OP to begin with. They wanted to encourage more early activity, but instead of buffing him early, they nerfed his scaling significantly. I really hope they tweak it.
on the other hand.. we will see more this hero in teamfight with 6 cldown invoke.. maybe go with bottle and soul ring..
Can confirm, soul ring is REALLY good on him now! Phase>FARM YOUR MIDAS MID!!>Soul>Drums>euls>aghs>whatever
3-4-1 build instead of the 4-0-4...
Soul ring into emp-then tornado (taking consideration to lower lift time)-cold snap :D do your taunt..
Playing exort invoker is now limiting your capability to make an impact in the early game am i right?
You know what.. QE is still good, even Invo is nerfed.. The skill tree is actually good, except from the aoe deafening blast at lvl 25 >:( , which means you only have 1 blast from lvl 1-24, the forge is okay at lvl 15 on my opinion since the forge is really OP combined with coldsnap and alacrity early on before 7.00 you can kill easily below level 10 invoker with 2 forge and that coldsnap + sunstrike/alacrity..
QW is also good but it actually depends on your opponents, I usually go QW if I'm against Medusa/TA, QE for the rest.. hope this help
