yeah i think that gunner doesn't work with MKB, when enigma used black hole on me i couldn't bash him to stop his spell.
Sven, Naga, Slark, Gyro, honestly even Pudge aghs feels like a waste of time now with the talents.
but I suck at this game so don't take my word for it.
the worst ones are probably slark,riki,sven and OD.Naga skepter is quite good and zeus is really good
Riki aghs is good if your team is built around it. No use getting it if you have ranged carries that like to stay back during fights.
Im pretty sure earthshaker's aghs is quite useless. It's fun and gimmicky to use. But unnecessary.
Gyro aghs procs items like MKB Mael as if auto attack but without animation swing, it's OP as fuck

naga siren aghs might be not bad by itself, its just dramatically awful in the current patch
sven aghs with meepo bait glyph and take a lane of rax in 2 seconds while the main meepo afks in fountain with aegis
