DPS vise, its not worth it. Get another etheral blade instead. I tested dps increase like 7-8 months ago and the result was that bloodthorn only increased damage a little more than an etheral blade. And the fact that bloothorn has cooldown and does not work on buildings makes him a worse damage item than an etheral blade for meepo.
