I'd be keen for surrender given some limitations AKA time/gold lead/maybe one rax has to be broken? Most one sided games that I play end up with one team afking in fountain anyway at a certain point so I'd like a way to let the misery end quicker. Also it's dumb that you can surrender in pro games but in ranked games you can't? If it's unanimous I don't see why you should be forced to continue playing.
Role select would be OK but I think in a game as diverse as Dota it would hard to implement in a way that keeps everyone happy. Also at higher mmr I could see it making games even harder to find which would also be an issue.

Maybe on early skill brackets this would improve game quality. I saw lots of 9-10 cores at lower skill brackets when i play with my friends or watching them. Something like they have in lol might be useful to prevent this. But not neccessary on higher levels.
This might be time saving. When u have early push line up and cant finish game in time then its gonna be painful af to wait other team finish game. Again especially at lower skills. And there are fountain farmers at every level. And we have this already in pro games. Why we cant have it in pubs?

#2 is a lil bit meaningless. the game's mm is designed in a way that it considers all ur skills including versatilty/leadership/ability to communicate etc. when evaluating ur level, and i dont see why it should be changed.

role finder maybe a bit difficult since a lot of heroes fit can play in different roles (lina 2/5, vengeful spirit 1/5 and so on), but it really can force player to play more competitively

1. MMR Reset
if the number resets in certain period (eg : every 4 month)
the number of player who will spend money to buy new account will be reduced to 10%
I do think some of acc buyer think like they will buy 4k acount and then play and when they reach certain number 3.5k. they will stop
its already 500mmr = 20 matches
if u think we will get fucked up when miracle 9k will play another calibration matches with 2k player
just let them in same bracket like 3 times - 5 times. if they do fucked up they need to go down. if not let them stay there
this also will make player not focus on the number and overall will make the game less toxic
2. role/position matchmaking
not like csgo that can run 0 sniper / 1 sniper / 2 snipers in 1 match
or 3 tank / 1 dps or 2 tank / 2 dps in overwatch
ideal dota will be played as
1 hard carry
1 midlaner
1 offlaner
1 roaming support / jungler
1 hard support
it will not be changed
except position 4
i think it will be good idea since this is the position that pros uses
it will push casual player to play like pros and overall make the game experience better

with 25 mins surrender button
we will have better game

but some game is not
even pros who play in final call gg with 10m dollar at stake
why casual / amateur player who only play for 25 mmr cant do the same
just let us move on to another game and dont let them farm more item before destroying the ancient or even worse, do fountain farming
