dude timber is still really good you just have to adjust to a much safer playstyle than before. Before realising the nerfs, i fed with timber a lot because his older playstyle was more aggressive until I saw a real pro play timber now I've been playing a lot of timber to climb solo mmr
hmm... not bad but what if the entire team are pushing and your entire team defend 5 vs 5? yeah its because of your team why you keep winning great now timbersaw is a support, carry core, initiator jungler hero than a solo hero.

Valve takes into account multiple factors and perspectives. They don't care that u can't win on timber and think the hero sucks. Sorry to say this. You're just not that important.
