if you don't know how to itemize/skill arc then start analysing 6k++ replays of arc spammers and start spamming arc

isn't arc actually quite trash compared to the current meta mids atm? the attackanimation and projectile are just horrendous, i don't play the hero though so i dunno
arc can farm faster than those 2 that you mentioned and arc has the option to resort to pushing while farming when you feel like your team is behind the game
top 1-10 arcs on dotabuff averages around 5-8mins midas with aquilla, damn so fast.
cookie too has 5-8mins midas
the best I can do on arc right now is around 8-10mins
those 2 are very good against him, but i haven't yet played against a single good JUGGER player, so what would i know
cast all your spells twice and right click while preventing your main from being jumped
understand when to stack disables and when to spread them
learn how his kill potential depends on lane equilibrium, and how to best manipulate equilibrium for kills
understand good field placement
easy to type, quite a bit of practice to execute seamlessly
