im not a Terrorblade player but as for your spectre game:
farm faster. learn how to last hit better. you should have radiance before minute 25. if you can't get it that fast, skip it and get Manta instead. you have low MMR so i suggest get heroes who can kill other heroes instead of carries. its easier and more fun that way.
