There is not a single stun on your team. Not one. The best you got is a CM root and their carry naturally builds a manta.
2 greedy heroes, and suports with bad roaming potential against them, low teamfight impact, considering your enemies, and a lot of others things.
Yeah your picks are shit, the Silencer pick is only good against warlock and maybe TB early game, Kunkka and Slardar being silenced wont affect them that much.
Medusa melts against Kunkka in lane and late game.
CM is always a good pick.
BB is meh against necro.
Plus the absence of stuns really fucked your game.
they just punished your greediness of draft. picking dusa mightve caused you the game since you didnt create enough space for medu to just facefuck them

lol "Every game is winnable" can only be applied if you are better than the people in that bracket . in this case we assume everyone has same skill so draft matter to win game mate
Bristle sucks offlane. That's only real issue, he won't make enough space for mid. Now if you combo silencer or cm + bb offlane that maybe works. Draft is not that bad.
Should of ran jugg and cm offlane, silencer mid, medusa safelane and BB is garbage pick in this lineup, you needed 1 stun like a ES or a lion/stun support for bot lane. Cuz cm and jugg can totally own that safe lane easy.
Is the game winnable ? Yes. Are you likely to win it with this draft given that both teams are of equal skills ? No.
Your first mistake was picking bristleback so early. BB offlane should ONLY be situationally picked, all of their picks following your BB pick were more or less good against BB. I personally like to pick terrorblade as a carry when I see a bb offlane in the other team.
And as everyone said, your team lacks stuns. A manta on tb counters your whole lineup.
To be honest with you, your draft is not great. You have good Rosh potential and high ground siege or defense, but overall the picks are quite greedy, both in terms of XP and gold. Plus, you don't really have any good lockdown, despite having two teamfight ultimates: Silencer and Medusa's ults. Your offlane can zone and tank, but has no real disable. Since your Juggernaut was safe lane, he did not get the levels required to fight early with his team and make space for Medusa. You could have sent the Jugg mid and the Medusa safe lane, that might have helped you a bit.
Look at their two teamight stunners: One is Warlock, long cooldown but disable that goes through BKB, the other: Slardar with regular Stun but short cooldown and can weave in and out of the fight with blink and force. Also, the problem with your supports, neither of them is great level 1 or 2, they are quite level and farm dependant, plus, neither of them is a 'saving' hero. What I believe is, every support duo should have one aggressive/stunner and one defensive/healer. You're on the right track as a drafter though.
As for "any matchup is winnable", if the enemy knows what to do with their draft, and so do you, but your draft is worse than theirs, then its an uphill battle. You can only win with a bad draft if the enemy doesnt know what to do with their heroes.
I think my picks was much stronger my next Item on dusa would have been agha so i kill all the tb illus with snake and we had some lockdown. Kunkka cant Do anything when hes silenced and also all items to purge silence are very shit on him.
