Only if that said hero are being abused legally (example: lina bloodstone and minus respawn timer talent in the past now those respawn timer talent are removed so she don't shine as bright as she was anymore.)
it is like Troll ,he was lessed picked in pro scenes but still received a nerf, while Broodmama,given a buff of increased spin web regeneration but lessed picked or never picked (imo) in pro scenes. Is it like,"Try to pick a new buffed or buffer hero so that I can see it in pro games and after that I will nerfed that hero for balancing issues? "

I'm just curious,when a hero was picked by the team and managed to win using that specific hero and after that game, a new patch will come, and that new patch will enlisted some little changes in games and some heroes will be nerfed.Is Icefrog just doing the right changes for balancing issues or trying to lose sight of that hero to play lesser and lesser?
