I dropped to 500 yesterday or smth. the biggest mmr i reached was ~800 ;] But anyways i want to get some guide :)

Ok, a few tips, personally the way I climbed (1.7k-2.5k) was learning to last hit and only playing 3 Heroes (OD, PA and Spectre) 3 heroes that I enjoyed, that could carry insanely hard if they got big and heroes that if I didn't farm well I got punished for it.
From there I opened the Last Hit Challenge in arcade mode and got my lasthitting with each of those heroes to above 80% Last hits and above 50% denies...
I did this every time before a ranked match
I always made sure to do anything I could to get more farm, good farming patterns are important with hard carries.
And I learnt to push an advantage, you will notice that at 14-21m in your game you had a huge gold advantage, you have to learn to use this advantage!
While true your tinker did not do well at all, the game would be possible simply grouping up early when you had the advantage and taking towers, taking towers will get you a lot of money for your whole team and secure a map advantage
Another thing that is important is recognize what you are dying to and build against it (Magic damage, Pure damage, Physical damage or Lockdown) Lockdown/High magic damage is countered by BKB, Pure damage can only be reduced by hp pool increase and physical damage is best to get a balance of hp and armor against, in some situations disarm

you can learn gazillion things
and improve your mmr
Only play 3 easy heroes and learn them how to play.
Tank: Wraithking.
Carry: Luna.
Support: Lion
Tank is not a fucking category and it triggers me when people ask for a tank as if its mandatory to have.
Let's say I pick jugg and someone says "we need tank durrrr" he doesn't understand that I Frontline in sieges with healing ward, and we don't need any tanky person to do anything for us.
Fuck.

This could help... I really enjoy this guy and he even play Support as a 6k in 1k to show how this could work.
As calm this guy is, he still struggles with stupid and toxic people in low mmr^^
