unless it starts upgrading into a SnY kinda item in which case it is probably gonna be core on viper or something
kaya is worthless if you plan on rightclicking, which you usually do, maelstrom is better against heroes and upgrades into a very good item for viper.
Storm is NOT a right-clicker. He hits once every Zip or Zap. Most of his damage still comes come Lightning Vortex and Remnants.
yeah okay storm uses kaya well for rightclicking because him casting spells makes his rightclicks better. Viper's spells are already relatively low mana cost and he's using them much less frequently. The only rightclick thing on viper that kaya helps with is his poison attack which already has a really low mana cost and you only need to use it like once every tow or three seconds.
^no, again, the problem is that kaya looks decent on viper, it's just that it doesn't build into anything and veil is still better
But why go veil or kaya when you can just do this. Also can confirm viper is strong hero late.
