You hide in the trees. When they're in between the 2 towers. Draw the aggro.

And yes. The risk of feeding 1st blood is very real.
hide in the trees close to their T1.
If you are playing radiant you run out at 0:15.
If you are Dire you go at 0:12
also, make sure they don't have a pudge or some supports that can stunlock you or you'll die
additionally make sure to hit a creep when it's walking uphill so the wave doesn't lose vision of you
and don't run the wave into your tower, run it between your t1/t2 and juggle it there till it collides with your next wave(this is what guarantees the next 2 waves to come to you).
i'd recommend practicing it in a lobby a couple of times before doing it in a real game.
