Bounty Hunter will get the bonus gold if the target dies while Track is active, regardless of how it died.
Track's effect is only visible to allies.
You can see the amount of gold the target is carrying by mousing over the debuff icon above the target's ability bar.
Bonus gold is reliable gold.
Reapplying Track does not steal gold with Cutpurse.
