Dotabuff doesn't use the API for its data, this has no effect on the site. It simply looks at public match records.

In hindsight it was kinda stupid to try to go around Valve on the "Ratings encourage douchebag behavior" front.
Hope you guys didn't waste too much time coding DBR. :/
