General Discussion - Looking for Decent Teammates - EU [CLOSED] - DOTABUFF

Looking for ----- decent team mates to mainly play pubs with, with the chance of cm games here and there, once we get used to each other. Some rules:

- 16+ Only.
- Must be around the (UTC+01:00) time region, so as to avoid inconveniences.
- Must have basic knowledge about DotA and the English Language, so that communication can be fluent.
- Must be active, and be willing to play with his teammates. Obviously, you won't be forced to play if you're not in the mood.
- Must have some type of communication software (Teamspeak, Skype, Oovoo), and preferably a good mic. I myself do not have a decent one right now since it broke, but I'm working on it.
- Must be fun to talk to, doesn't get angry easily, doesn't blame teammates for some small mistakes, and be willing to talk with the team so as to improve our play.
- The first few games will just be pubs, we will move on to cm whenever we want or feel like, and we will only play cm as a whole team.
- Win rate and other stats will be taken into consideration, but it's not imperative. I only have a 51% win rate which isn't great, but I know I am a good enough player. which the stats maybe do not show.
