How I can do it?

In game: Watch tab -> Recent games -> Filter -> Type Match ID -> Download replay

Valve only stores pub replays for 1 week now. You have to download within a week or its gone. Once you download you have it permanently.

So if I dont downloaded for a first week, replay gonna be lost forever?

Right, unless someone else downloaded it. Anytime you have game you really liked just make a note of it and go download it before you forget. Valve is storing about 50 million games at a time...but server capacity is not infinite.
