silenced guns, low concealment ones if the heist has casing mode (the bit where you don't put on your mask yet), body bags are useful if you need to kill people.
dont blindly kill people because you need to answer pagers for guards, and if you have to answer it in an open space u probably get caught. also have a teammate watching over u while u answer the pager because if u stop in the middle of it, the alarm sounds.
if its a store/bank robbery, ecm jammers help so that people dont call police. the other equipment is useless because they're for police assaults, like ammo + HP bags, or the sentry gun, etc.
drill upgrades help if you're trying to do a mission without being seen - you can still stealth a mission if you are seen, you just need to not have the police alerted / alarm sounded.
if you don't have many levels, so you don't have many points into any of the skill trees, going stealthy is pretty difficult.
