it can take 10 ranked games, cuz ur first ranked games starts from ur normal hidden mmr.

It doesnt reset after 1 week, confirmed from my own experience. Not so long ago i got muted for 2 days on my main, then i didnt play for almost 2 weeks and next time i got even more.
It used to be 3 months for a complete reset if you are maxed out on punishments.
Others say about 100 games without getting reported.
no one knows 100% anymore.
Making a new account to play normal, and playing a bot match once a day for 3 months will definitely reset you.

literally half the people there are incredibly bad and whats worse they are incredibly bad mannered. that game i ask for a fucking meepo to play vs qop mid, and win my shit team a game (i knew exactly no one in the team, like no one, not even from pubs) one guy goes like emo dont pick him meepo get me slark instead.
he takes slark rushes midas while their bs goes sangeyasha and rapes everyone on map. after midas takes dagger, to gank with his midas!
48% win rate on slark, everyone end up ganging on me why i didnt want to give him slark, hence the warnings.

my uncle works in valve HQ and he said that his friend who knows Gaben's cousin said that when you queue against hard bots they have hardcoded ability to report you for intentional feeding should you have low KDA.

So if u got into low priority a lot and u have to play 9 games or sth like that, how long do you have to avoid it so it resets to minimum possible number? The same for mute.
