I do I call, I win my tower. I help, but team sucks. Invoker is POS without a good team. He suffers from bloodseeker radiance build.. Really good in pubs but can't win games if the team sucks.

can't believe u guys defending useless invokers mid everywhere! Yea I"m 3k mmr. I drop down to 2.5k after like a series of -10 losses. then quit for like 3 months. Just got back out from 2.5k mmr. I'll tell u this tho. 2.5-2.7k mmr plays alot better than 3.0k. If I'd rank the mmr from my experience I'd say this from easiest to hardest.

I'm scared when someone calls SF or Sniper mid. They're not really the worst, but it's hard to try and protect both your carry and mid laner especially if it's one of those times where you're playing a solo support.
Definitely Storm. I think it's the hero who gives most first bloods too for me.
I'm fine with invokers though, just sometimes wish they went qw instead of qe for the bullshit manaburn.

Rather than complaining, I go gank the midlane and force my midlaner to win his lane. I'm more afraid of feeding offlaners.
no hero in particular, but i get annoyed at mids who think contesting runes is meaningless. If you don't want to gank and get xp fine, but push your lane and get at least one rune..

The worst is when someone picks sniper for mid and next three enemy team picks are spirit breaker, pudge, cm/lion and they just sit on mid.
A meepo mid, but only if someone on the other team or my team picked him, otherwise its fine..
Your team composition is complete, your team has selected a carry, a mid, an offlaner and a support. You notice there is one player still missing. You notice there is a player that hasn't picked his hero yet. You think, well he can either pick a support or a jungler. Hope he goes for support. Then, it happens. The horror. He last picks pudge.
You start panicking. You think, well, maybe he is an offlaner/support pudge, you've seen this! He will gank your lane, and create space, and will have a decent contribution to the match!
... He starts heading down the middle lane. To your relief, he keeps going to the rune. Then... HE TURNS BACK AND SKILLS HOOK LEVEL 1 YOU NOTICE HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY ITEMS BECAUSE HE IS RUSHING A BOTTLE AND IGNORES THE PING OF ALL YOUR TEAMMATES. STARTS PLAYING A MINI-GAME CALLED HOOK THE ENEMY TEAM, TO WHICH THE END GOAL IS HOOKING THE ENEMY, KILLING HIM IS UNNECESSARY. HIM KILLING YOU? WHO CARES YOU HOOKED HIM! You know that 'calling miss' isn't the mid player's obligation nor you should get mad if they don't since you have a fucking minimap
Actually, it IS each lane's obligation to call missing. It's not about you not having a minimap, you don't keep track of everything that's going on, and sometimes, if you're busy with something else, you won't pay attention to a certain lane and that lane is missing and you're dead. You shouldn't put the blame on the person that didn't call miss obviously, and calling miss is a nice custom to have.

if I feel like I want to I'll warn my allies but sometimes I don't really care
I usually ping when the midlaner gets a rune though or if I see him rotationing, but if I dont do that it's not my fault if someone dies, people just cry about miss because they like to blame others for their deaths
If someone picks some weird shit for mid they will do really well but with most generic and powerful mid heroes they will fail miserably.
I never call miss and if someone else calls miss i just ignore then, i try to think for myself where the enemies heroes are.
the concept of "calling misses" ends at high 3k mmr.
even the tards at 4k+ don't expect you to call misses, and as many others said, you can just watch the minimap, if you see that lvl 6 storm is not mid for like 3-4 seconds, then he might be all over your ass soon, etc. etc.
last time we had a guy who decided to ruin game cuz he got ganked and no one said miss, i couldnt stop laughing. like dat no miss excuse is so 2013

Tell me your kidding the other team had 6 total kills and guessing you fountain farmed and you built a right click invoked further proving the guy who called you a mediocre right clicker.
i lost count how many times i had to carry RTZ/DENDI/MUSHI wannabes with their shafowfiend picks ^_^
You should definitely call missing on the offlane though, those roaming supports! Too hard to scan and tell if enemy safe lane support is just pulling or has been gone a really long time and is coming to gank.
I also hate dragon knights mid cus they never farm enough, they never gank, they just end up under farmed tanky carries.
those ppl that dont call ss are ether lazy or blind, how hard is it to press y and ping missing?

For me it's a curse. It's invoker mid, who either doesn't call missing or late miss (when you're getting pounded already). He claims to go extort build, loses mid tower first, doesn't gank at all and 30 mintues into game gets euls. Please this this gotta stop. I'm sick and tired of 30 minute euls/40 minute force staff builds.
