If enemy cannot get mkbs cuz they cannot give upmslots then radi into 2nd blfy. If need to tank up a little more then either radio or diffu for skadi, if all enemy cores got mkbas then maybe bfly into skadi. I don't see any situation to replace travel/manta or hot. Also ncro3, refresher and bkb in courier nearby maybe refresher in some weird throne races or to stop enemy with double song while illusions/team destroy raxes.

anyway, I don't think diffusal is that good ultra late game, I'd usually prefer skadi/2nd butterfly/AC

Id replace radiance i guess. Coz if you got that amount of farm radi did its job id say.
@sano about diffu, diffusal gives most dmg to illusions from all items in the game 35 agi and 20 mana burn which is converted into physical dmg. Against building eblade is a bit better since its 40 agi and manaburn don't work on buildings but that's just 5 agi difference. You replace diffu mostly when you need to tank up tho I think radiance is like 1st item to be replaced in ultra-late game unless its very crucial to disable multiple blink daggers.

You already have tons of agi coming from fly manta diffu, you dont need int what so ever, and hot obviously supereme tanking item.
Whether you need a slow with net is arguable.
Id rather have any item over radiance late game tbh.
If they have a hex storm, doom, abyssal am, or something like that, linkens is better than either of those
Heart is for sieging the base since you don't ever have to go back to fountain for HP, skadi is better for fighting due to the bonus stats
Hex/Abyssal if you absolutely need to kill an evasive/mobile hero in order to break base
There's no 100% "right" item, you get what you think is best
i heard somewhere that skadi was better than heart for tanking past a certain point because of the armor it gives
thinking about it this might not apply to naga cos she builds agi anyway, nvm lol
that depends on the type of damage you're taking. later into the game physical damage matters more than magical, but heart is still better against pure (ex. timbersaw)
honestly i don't think item choices on this hero matter nearly as much as how u cut creep waves and shut down their ability to put pressure on towers
yeah im a 7k player but i dont know much about naga siren and i really like the hero

Crit works on illusions but its after teh dmg reduction and the red numbers that shows are fake so enemy wont know if its real or not. Diffu into skadi only if u need to tank up more because diffu is still superior dps item. If evasion is countered completly then AC also might be a very good choice instead of butterfly (bfly raw dmg and atk speed are not applied to illusions so when theres no evasion in the play then this item gives u only 30 agi for illusions). Also like few ppl said already abyssal/hex/linken in some weird games. I dont like deadlus nor mkb tho only passive ablilities buff up illusions from these items and unless there isnt pa stacking evasions i dont see a reason to get one and even then i think hex would be superior (hexed unit got removed evasion).

That Skadi/HoT thingy was with str heroes i believe but it was still not true, skadi is much less effective to tankup on naga because she got already lots of armor and the extra idk 4? armor from skadi when u got already 30+ wont make a difference while to raw hp difference from hot and skadi is massive.
A lot of items are situational on ultra late naga. If you are way ahead and struggling to break high ground, swap out the rad for a skadi. It all depends on what you are trying to do. EE played a great ultra late naga against Team Tinker a few days ago. He went double skadi to give the illus max damage to slowly eat rax, and used song to buy time. He had some sloppy game decisions, but his itemization was quite good. Rad naga controlls the map. When you are farmed and ahead, your team can stop relying on just you to control the map. At that point swapping out rad is good.
If you're getting to the point of maxing your slots and still gold for more, you could buy a personal courier to switch out items. Put on AC and radiance when split-pushing, and switch out with diffusal blade and stat-items when teamfighting. You can also get refresher orb in courier, and while keeping your enemies asleep for 14 seconds, you send your illus to destroy towers/racks/ancients together with your team (need to be positioned away from the structures though, obviously. So you don't sleep those).
I mean in ultra late game your main goal is to rat their towers, Diffusal doesn't help with that so that's why I don't like it. Also Skadi gives you armor and damage, which Heart doesn't (and mana to spam illusions/manta/necrobook/rip tide etc). Radiance is necessary to maintain the push.

by super later game would you not be out of diffusal charges anyway? idk how it would be worth it for the mana burn
