well his Last hits/min went way up at the same time his win streak started. he might be getting boosted, or he just finally learned how to farm and then started winning way more because he actually had items on all the cores he picks.

I played versus this guy(we lost, he dominated as offlane QoP), im 4k scrub so you don´t really see fucking 23 games in the bag streaks every day. As you can see from his winrate he doesnt seem that great player, so 31 game winstreak in ranked its quite astonishing tbh.
