don't play lycan right now, he isn't good right now. Play ursa or something if you want to jungle.
He's playing lycan in normal skill normal matches. I think it will be fine.
But why are you putting your first point in howl? Are you going jungle or lane? If jungle go wolves, feral impulse, every other point. Get howl last. Impulse is more dmg, less mana. In lane reverse it, impulse then wolves. Take ult when you can.
Your farm is meh but your tower dmg is really awful. Need to focus on pushing more. Don't be afraid to build bkb, it lets you escape fights you don't want to take and kill people in the fights you do want. If you're going rat build then you want boots of travel at some point. Usually you go vlads, treads, necro 3, bkb maybe then upgrade to boots of travel around then. Basher is a very good item if you're going to fight at all.
