Like I don't understand why hasn't Valve done anything to improve the interface. I don't know crap about programming but there is no way it is that hard for a professionally assembled and paid team. Especially when there are probably people in the community willing to do it for free.
The interface sucks and the majority of the tabs suck, the store is laggy as hell. Channel tabs are barely used except for scammers and spammers. The guild system is utterly retarded because its so hard to interact with any of the members unless you have them on your friendlist. No in game stats whatsoever.
I could easily make friends in HoN, the guild system there was actually used.
Like honestly Valve is a complete and utter joke over how they're handling this game. You'd think with the insane amount of revenue dota has given them, they'd reinvest a tiny, tiny portion of that to improve the game? Fucking using the steam overlay for chatting and friend adding is bloody lazy. Have a in game friend/whisper system for fucks sake.
