Always buy Linken on any hero if you play against Lesbian Commander.
At least you will force her to buy some shit like Diffusal or Eul (mb Abyssal, but it will take some time, and at that time 2 sec stun will be as bad as Duel).
P.S. Also always buy Linken if you have Omniknight in your team. It's basics of DOTA 2, IDK why I tell you this...

If you split pushing with Natures, Linkens prevents ALOT of duels from Legion Commander until she gets Abyssal. We somehow won this 73 minute epic coming back from a 32,700 exp diff. This Legion must be bitter about this loss. Lich on the Radiant was a monster and our CM on Dire played like a beast.
Overall I would say Linkens is a good item for intel heroes to prevent the gank duel.
