All I can say after reading through a few matches is that you look like you are playing more or less pure gank support and having low teamfight effect. For instance one game you had a 6kda and everyone else had at most a 1.4. While this looks good your team can suffer as you are better than them and "letting" them feed. I will look over the videos after this and correct myself if wrong as this is just looking at dotabuff page
After watching a video i still kind of agree with my assumption. I watched the disruptor win and when your team fought 5 man you won and fought well (as well as performed well in the laning stage) but your team did not seem to work well and coordinate until well after the other team began working as a group
Go lich
Its kinda a waste if you are stuck in 3.8k, cus people dont know how heroes like dist or et work, better pick simple yet stronk hero e.g. venge lich undying
Thanks for all the responses, and I kind of agree I have picked a lot of "too complicated" or gank-heavy support.
I will try and pick a little more "simple" heroes and see how that goes.
To be continued :)
Maybe witch doctor ? His ult is really nice and if you are great at laning phase you can get a fast agh to wreck in teamfight.
There was a channel named simply dota its videos are for a year age but some of them that are about raising mmr and etc were good shit u can go watch those too good stuff

I will watch some of the videos at https://www.youtube.com/user/simplyDOTA/videos and try to learn from them.
At first glance they seem good :)
Thanks for the tips. More tips are gladly accepted! :)
Thanks for the responce Mekarazium.
I have played my best heroes (Ancient Apparition, Dazzle, Crystal Maiden, Witch Doctor) a little bit more and mostly played Ranked AP lately.
And it seems to work out kinda good with 7 wins out of 10 games. :)
Thanks for the tips and I will keep trying to climb to 4K (to start with)!
Are you sure "Gameplay Booster"? :(
I really hoped so, and I really want to be better at the game!
Gone pretty well now, I have a winrate of 76.92% (10/13) this month :)
I am now at:
Solo MMR: 3543
Party MMR: 3793
Here is a game I played a month ago:
Its kinda hard to give advise to a "playmaker" style player like you, look those heroes pudge, rubick, voker, mirana... im not that kind of player but still is hard cause we cant tell you "farm more, hit towers, change your build" etc etc. You have to make da plays son you need to feel it in your heart, haha idk just keep playing or watch someone whos good with those heroes
WonderWaiter, Thats not the heroes I mostly play right now (I did 6-12 month ago) :)
I'm now playing support for the most part and want to improve there! See my recent games to see what heroes I have played lately.
And please look at my youtube to pinpoint what I did wrong/right :)
Its fine, you will get a wave of retards who play cores and all that you improved will be useless. Its just a matter of time...
Current MMR:
Party: 3793
Solo: 3567
Here is my latest game with Venomancer, we failed earlygame hard but managed to get back into the game.
Probably not my best support game, but hey :)
Current MMR:
Party: 3793
Solo: 3665
Here is a graph of my MMR-gain lately.
