Yes I had this issue yesterday, I ended up having to restart dota a couple times until it slowly got better.
I seem to have fixed it by raising the cl_updaterate to 60 and cl_interp to 4, keeping the same lerp but doubling the updaterate.

So, i have the weirdest lag.
It's not your average delay for action lag, it kind of skips frames and weird shit happens like missing projectile, fog weirdness, batrider having no model when he blinks from fog, TPs countdown sometimes go back like 2.1 to 2.0 to 2.1 to 2 again.
At first i thought this was packet loss, but this also happens when i have perfect ping with 0% packet loss. And the weirdest part is, it really depends on the connection. If its early in the morning, this will not happen. But when there's more traffic and my internet isn't really great, then this shit starts happening. The FPS also goes from 120 to 109 when the stuttering is happening, if that's of any help.
Any suggestions? I don't have an autoexec.cfg anymore. My interp is at default.
