Everytime u win, your hidden mmr rises for +25. That means u will face better enemies. Teammates are always a random thing that u dont have any impact on so focus on your own skill. If u win more than u lose u will have to play even better to keep on winning - thats the problem. Its called balance. Everyone of us hits a wall at certain point. For some its 5k mmr, for others may be 2.5 k.
For me atm its 4.5 k cos everytime i raise above that I have problems with maintaining it cos my skill is not that good, or i play too many heros im not so fammiliar with.

That is how it works. The more you win, the Higher you get the harder it gets until you reach a Poiint where your skill ends.

Why Valve force me to decrease my winrate and lose a streak? I mean Im always having a noob team now and a solid opponents. Even if I full support or carry winning is getting harder.
